Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the Ovation platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service. These Terms apply to all users, including couples, guests, and wedding planners. Ovation Keepsakes, S.L. reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Ovation provides a platform for collecting voice and video messages from wedding guests, transcribing and translating them, and producing printed keepsake products. We offer the service on a subscription and per-product basis. Feature availability depends on the plan you have selected. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering.

You retain ownership of any content you or your guests submit through Ovation, including voice recordings, photographs, and written messages. By submitting content, you grant Ovation a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Physical products are charged at the time of order. All prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Printed products that have entered production cannot be cancelled. Disputes should be raised at support@ovation.wedding.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ovation is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or recordings. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Ovation in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
