Ovation Keepsakes, S.L. operates the Ovation guest messaging platform at ovation.wedding. We are a data controller registered in Spain. Our registered office is at Carrer de Provença 123, 08036 Barcelona, Spain. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it.

We collect information you give us directly, such as your name and email address when you register, and the event details you provide when setting up a wedding page. We also collect information submitted by your guests, including their names, voice recordings, video recordings, and photographs. Additionally, we collect technical data automatically when you use our platform, such as your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and pages visited.

We use your personal data to provide and improve our service, process your orders and payments, send you service-related communications, and respond to your enquiries. We use guest recordings and photographs to transcribe, translate, and compile the Gold Book and other keepsake products you order. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We share your data with service providers who help us operate our platform, including cloud hosting providers, transcription and translation services, payment processors, and print-on-demand fulfilment partners. All providers are bound by data processing agreements. We may also disclose data where required by law.

We keep account data for as long as your account is active and for up to 12 months after you close it. Guest recordings and photos are retained for the duration of your subscription and deleted within 90 days of account closure. Financial records are retained for 7 years as required by applicable tax law.

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time.
